You can cancel the order before it shipped. After the item marked as shipped, we do not accept a cancellation, you can refuse to sign for the item.
Please check the item carefully when you receive it. If you find the quality problems or damages, you can refuse to sign for the item. Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a refund. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit/ store coupon (store credits never expire). After 8 days from delivery, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return address via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.
Please make sure the returned items are in a resells condition. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL., etc.). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return ([email protected]). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
The item is not on the Returnable list as below:
- Return request is made out of the specified time frame, 7 days from delivery.
- The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Clearance & prevention of disease items or any items marked as non-returnable.
- Any missing part from the package you’ve received including but not limited price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
- Any consumable items that are used or installed
- Yeezymask reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if the product is not a resells condition.
During the coronavirus disease, we do not accept exchanges.
*Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent using your shipping method. We strongly suggest using a trackable and insured shipping service. Shipment costs are nonrefundable.
